We live in Canada and I ordered the athletic socks for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately, something happened with the shipping and there was a longer than normal delivery time. When I reached out to inquire what was happening, the unbelievable folks at Unsimply Stitched sent me another order, no questions asked. When I received the delayed package, I was able to keep them all, not hassle to send them back. It was all so easy. And of course, the socks are amazing! My hubby uses them for mountain biking and general usage. He loves them so much.
