What will I get with my Subscription?

- You may receive the season’s best sellers or may uncover exclusive pairs not available on our website. Some are so unique that only a handful will ever by stitched into existence. It’s like roulette, but the socks are always stacked in your favor. Have no fear you will never receive the same pair twice.

Do I Have to pay for Shipping?

-United States FREE of charge!

-International orders, please proceed to checkout for one time shipping fee at start of subscription.

Do you ship globally?

- YES!

-We are working diligently to offer free shipping globally. As of now we offer free shipping within the U.S. only. 

When will my awesome monthly socks ship?

- Your monthly package will be shipped between the 15th and the 20th of each month. Just because you are super excited for your package doesn’t mean you need to wait by the door for 5 days. Orders need to be received before the 12th of the month for the subscription to begin and ship in the purchasing month.

I would like to continue my subscription how can this be done?

- Easy…you can Simply re-purchase your same membership or you can upgrade for a longer term at a better price.

I have changed my mind about the rest of my term. What are my options?

- Nothing renews automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. If you would like to stop the remaining months of a term you have already paid for, email subscription@unsimplystitched.com with your order number. Requests need to be made before the 12th of the month. Any refund will be based on the months you have already received.

I am not happy with the socks I received can I return them?

- Don’t like a pair of socks you receive? We can’t offer returns or exchanges; however, your options are truly limitless. You can re-gift them, turn them into sock puppets, use them to shine your shoes, dust your windowsills, or satisfy your dog’s desire to chew on them. While we can’t take them back, we promise to knock your socks off next month. We love to hear from our customers so do not be embarrassed to email us at subscription@unsimplystitched.com with your concerns or just to gloat!

What do I do when I get my monthly subscription?

- Finally, just sit back, put your feet up and enjoy the fruits of our labor. Oh and of course tell your friends while looking good.
